I work with people looking for short-term and longer-term therapy. My approach is integrative which means I don't believe that one-size-fits-all; instead I draw from a number of theories and tailor the work I do to suit the needs and personal circumstances of the individual I am working with.
I understand it can be daunting if you haven't experienced therapy before and perhaps aren't sure exactly what you need. But it simply starts with a conversation, and we can work together from there.
I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London and also an introductory certificate in individual and couples psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy from the Tavistock Centre. I am a member of the BACP and adhere to its ethical guidelines.
Sessions are held online via Zoom or in-person and are 50 mins in duration.
The fee for a single session is £60.
I offer a free 15 min phone consultation where we can have an initial chat ahead of booking a session.
